If the Supreme Court is determined not to annul this “notary” out of compassion for the innocent victims, I ask of The Court one favor. I would like to go to the Taiwan Embassy on behalf of the plaintiffs in Vietnam in order to get that power of attorney notarized even though some people may think this is a reckless act for a 77 year old person!
